okay, projects' getting us all cranky.  tests just make it worst. i learnt something.

in projects : 

1. stop procrastinating, start doing.

2. don't complain about how many things you had done, as compared to your team members, others will know your effort.

3. take initiative to do your research, because ITS YOUR JOB. 

4. minimize the amount of conflicts.

5. when u are given a dateline, complete it by then, its your job.

6. stay focus when doing project (im taking a break to blog)

(optional)7. when your group is small, start bitching about others. it will bond the group up!
