ha.ha.ha.

training is like a routine nowadays. waking up in the morning, had breakfast, then leave for training.
to those who felt bad about the boat is not moving, its not your fault. you will train and be stronger and carry those burdens. be happy because those you are gonna improve MORE than those who were not pulling as hard. be strong, because you are.

wave is super choppy. its like some mini tsunami. the wave is so bad till i thought i felt that the world is shaking when i am lying on my bed.

ha-ha-ha.
